Refund policy

RETURNS ELIGIBILITY

  1. Candles:
    Must be in the unopened box with the label still intact. Within 14 days of purchase. 

  2. Cosmetic Items (Hair-Oil):
    Must be in the unopened box with the label still intact. Within 14 days of purchase. 
    Unfortunately once the bottle is opened it is non-returnable due to contamination issues. 

  3. Hair Accessories (scrunchies and brush):
    Due to hygiene reasons the scrunchies and hairbrushes are non-returnable

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If products arrive damaged or have a manufacturing fault, please contact me at info@nadairbotanics.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Please include your Order Number; Description of the issue; Photographs. 

A replacement will be processed as quickly as possible. 

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Email info@nadairbotanics.co.uk 
  2. Include your Order Number and the Reason for return
  3. Once a return has been approved, you will then receive further instructions. 
  4. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs (unless otherwise agreed)
  5. Once received, the return will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method. 

OTHER ISSUES 

Any other issues with the purchase must be raised within 14 calendar days to info@nadairbotanics.co.uk. Outwith the 14 day window they will not be considered and the transaction finalised.
